Usually periwinkle plants are some of the most popular and low maintenance flowering plants, found in most houses
They are usually sold for Rs 40-60 per plant
However, it is observed that the plants are dying suddenly despite watering them daily
This problem was observed for at least two plants
First dark pink flower periwinkle plant was purchased, it started wilting and died suddenly
Later another plant with bright red flowers was purchased, yet it also is wilting
A third plant originally with light pink flowers remains, though it is not having any flowers.
